  Well done first Lady, it is the right step in the right direction.As you rightly mention 60 person of the infected are women and children who happen to be among the vulnerable in society because of poverty.
  If the first gentleman and his govt, can also takle the food, clothing , shelter, health and Education by 2015. at least, the infection rate would come down drastically.
