I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

It is only in Ghana that Mr Samuel Nequaye-Tetteh, the Chief State Attorney who colluded with Woyome and Waterville to create, loot and share from the state is still at post and has even been promoted. If Woyome paid him GHC 400,000, only God knows how much Waterville paid him for his collusion. Let's even assume that it is true the GHC 400,000 was a loan, that was still against civil service ethnic because of clear case of conflict of interest. In any civilised society he would have been sacked, prosecuted for bribery and the money retrieved from him (from what is now public knowledge).

What is shocking is that the National Security Coordinator was aware that Mr Nequaye-Tetteh bought a house and invested in treasury bills with the bribe he received from Woyome. Why has nothing been done to seize the property?

The same applies to Mr Barton Oduro the former Deputy Attorney General and now Deputy Speaker in Parliament. He should have been sacked and prosecuted as well. Who knows how much he was paid?

The same goes for the former Attorney General, Mrs Betty Mould Iddrisu.

I am sure Mr Paul Asimenu, the Director of Legal at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning who was part of the collusion is also at post and probably has been promoted. How much did he also get?

It beggars belief that Woyome is being tried and yet none of these people as well as Martin Amidu have been called as witnesses.

The present Attorney General and Minister for Justice is not fit to prosecute this case to its logical conclusion and for nothing but the truth to come out. The fact is that she worked for a law firm that represented Woyome when he made the claim against the state.

This is a joke. I hope one day when NPP comes to power, it will hold these people to account for these crimes against the state. But why should Ghana wait all that time? In any case, can NPP be different from NDC when in power?

The recent series of revelations alluding to corruption by the Kufuor Government bears testimony to this. Take for instance the drill ship sale, no one clearly knows the conditions within which the sale of the ship was effected, and those institutions which normally should qualify as contracting parties have been circumvented. The sale of the ship is shrouded in mystery as no one knows the exact value of the ship and the exact amount at which it was sold.

NPP government, when given the opportunity by Alexandria to see the extent to which Anane stole Ghana Airways money by presenting facts much to our chagrin, chose to ignore, the lady and went ahead to vet Anani. So what has changed?

I have always said it; our voting pattern in Ghana must step outside the traditional party-touting and espouse independent candidates. However, what is scary is that, ANY Ghanaian remain corrupt, meaning we must import non-Ghanaians from probably Europe to lead in presidential roles.

Ghanaians are too corrupt.

You have consistently been biased towards the NPP and in favour of the NDC - Otherwise, why your last statement: can NPP be different from NDC when in power? Go back on your previous writings and if you are honest will agree with me that you have fronted for the NDC as much as you can. Now reality check is showing you how wrongly informed you have been all the time - so equalise for NDC by roping in the NPP. Having had exposure to both parties at the technical level, I can say whereas the NPP criminals eat on part of the interests accruing from the nation's capital, NDC criminals rather targets beyond the interest to the principal. The latter approach is highly destructive and puts the future generation to huge risk.

My personal view is that there are politicians on both sides that are corrupt. I was not following politics in Ghana during the NPP administration and may not be in a position to make fair comparative analysis. However, from what the NPP administration did compared to what the Mills/Mahama administration are/is doing currently, I can say that as at now, the NPP administration was better at managing the economy. For example, people I have spoken to who were in Ghana at the time or were following Ghanaian politics and are pro NDC tell me that, at least, the Kufuor government were able to use internally generated revenue to pay some contractors and workers. Now this is not happening and instead internally generated revenue are wasted on GYEEDA, used to pay create, loot and share judgement debts, dubious contracts with private companies, etc. Of course, I accept that it may be unfair to judge Mahama now but the signs are not good, though he still has another three years to go.

I am not afraid to criticise NDC and in fact I have done so since the Mills administration. In my last article on Ghanaweb on GYEEDA, I was critical of Mahama's government and in two other articles on Single Spine and fighting corruption, which Ghanaweb did not published but was published by Modernghana.com I criticised the NDC government and even described then as novices by the way they implemented the Single Spine Salary Structure.

I think I was the only person who drew attention to the things Mr Amidu is saying now, in the midst of NPP nitwits and baying hounds focusing attention entirely on Woyome, blurred by their thick tribalistic lenses they viewed everything in Ghanaian politics. I expressed my misgivings in the artricle, the Woyome Case: I am Confused. The semi-illiterates attacked me, claiming I was supporting my tribesman!

I blame the NPP leadership and the supporters for doing a terrible bad job in this case. Perhaps, the fact that the Waterville Boss is said to be close associate of Kufuor and the dubious and arbitrary roles played by him and others in the NPP leadership in abrogating the contract are forcing them to focus only on Woyome, who was just a mere errand boy to the Italain Mafiso. Woyome issued a statement about how the money paid to him was shared but we hardly read those shouting Woyome! Woyome! mention that and suggest that the govt goes after them too.

Mahama is certainly under pressure now, and he'd go down heavily if he thinks he can join criminals and lawless people to bamboozle us, appointing them to important posts, etc. We shall not sit down for him to continue pointing fingers into eyes and expect that there would be no repercussions.

Clearly, Ghana is in the grips of "Thieves and Thiefettes", from the public servants to the politicians. Something MUST be done about this stage of sage by these criminal elements.

Whenever a flag is raised over corruption by any official of the Government or the NDC party the President sets up a commission to investigate past officials of the previous party, shifting public minds away from the real problems. People like Hanna Bissiw, Okudjeto Ablakwa, and the former Minister who used the Government's money to buy expensive BMW should have been investigated and prosecuted for stealing Government money to enrich themselves. He Mahama must be investigated together with his brother for the Jets he owns. What dicision did the Government arrive after the investigation of a plane loaded with billions of dollars of gold smuggled out of the country and intercepted in Turkey ? Thieves ! Why was Betty Iddrisu left off the hooks of investigation after millions were stolen through judgement debt under her supervision? Why was Amissah rewarded with Vice Presidency even after he unlawfully authorized opening the bank vaults for money to be given to Alfred Agbesi Wayome and co after even after President Mills had ordered against such a move ? THIEVES !! The list goes on and on !

Ghana is bleeding so profusely and shafully, unable to pay workers and contractors because of these unscrupulous officials ? Who fights for Ghana ? Who fights for the ordinary Ghanaian who helplessly suffers the humuliation of poverty and want ? THIEVES and loud-mouthed politicians are dragging the country into collapse. Where is the money for oil ? How do toll boothes account for the money they collect ? Even the Tax Collection Agency is stealing from us while the President sits and watches. The beautiful Road to Peduase Mountains is facing serious Rock-fall threatening passage and lives. The President goes there almost each week, sees the danger but like most of his reactions he does nothing about it until lives are wasted. This Mahama guy is very incompetent and accessory to most of the crimanal acts perpetrated by his cronies in government. Ghana needs clean people to govern not this disappointing bunch who cant even complete simple road constructions that would ordinarily take few weeks to accomplish. The entire country is pulverised with dudt, filth and litter all over. Sanitation is a critical issue while there is a zero chance of survival in the invent of a major outbreak of disease because there is no money reserved for it. Poor Leadership ! All officials whether past or present who took our money must be investigated, prosecuted and jailed publicly. I wish I were the president for only one week ! All you thieves would be jailed - some for life for making Ghanaians suffer that much. THIEVES !!

I think the Armed Forces have had its share of blame in attempts to bring changes in Ghana ie whether good or bad. I strongly believe that it is time for the people of Ghana to get up and clean the country once and for all without being partissan or tribal. This can be done through a mass demonstration to force the govervment to deal with all those exploiting the country or give out it's authority to the people to do that. I can assure you a leader will emerge in this case. My advice to my friends in the security forces is that in the two cases you stay neutral and protect state property and the people. There will be the ned for a revision of the constitution because the present one has been abused by our politicians. Look at the way women and children are dying in our villages and hospitals. Look at the impudence with which fake drugs are brought into the country. Look at our education and our inability to deal with armed robbers. The last but not the least is the levelof unemployment and indiscipline in the society. All must be ready to act when the time comes.
