Bagbin is really unfit to be a member of the cabinet if he cannot intelligently and responsibly with maturity then he must get out of the cabinet. If I were the President I would definitely sack him not for expressing his views but for the failure to adhere to the basic 'A, B, C D' of the principle of team work. All members of a team must work as a team so their contributions and co-operations in all decision making should be representative of the team's view. That is why the team is responsible for failures or bd results. A team/cabinet is not for individual's philosophy, dogma to thrive or 'this is the way I want it to be'. Bagbin has shown that he is not capable of using his initiative without a constant supervision by the President. Presidents are busy and always pre-occupied with planned and unplanned agendum. Bagbin is not a under ministerial training. He must quit/jump than to be sacked. The writing is truly on the wall for his irresponsible behaviour and political naivety.
