...The Government exercised the latter option when we disagreed over the judgment debt and other Gargantuan crimes. The Government, and my colleague Ministers at the time know that there was no provision for dismissal under my contract of employment as a Minister or that of any Minster.

I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

Government should allow Ghanaians to pay import duties into government accounts overseas on some imports such as cars before they are shipped into the country to reduce the corruption at the ports. Yes it can be done.

my shipping agent ask for both the shipping fee and usually she allows me to pay duty the next week! only somebody wanting to sell a car in ghana would ask for the buyer to pay the duty

How possible will that be? Note that the customs procedures are standard and internationally regulated. What you are proposing is not practicable and does not happen in any customs administration.

when reporters are being paid by rival companies to deface a company that is helping our dear nation to make revenue..we just fall for it because that is what we want to hear...
Now just a few questions for the reporter who seems to know everything...
1...Have you done any investigation on how the GCNET system works and the customs procedures in a whole..??
2...Are you saying that you have proof that all warehoused goods have been paid for in full and if you do where did you get that data/information from ...??
3... Are you suggesting that because GCNET does not open its system to a so called vigilante who is seeking his own personal interest for an audit which is conducted by the government every now and then, means that the report that the special tax force is using to chase the thieves is incorrect...??? please tell me...where is the link...???
4...What exactly is your story about....?? the fact that Dr. Apaaks report is not genuine and that actually all Duties have been paid...or is it about the government allowing GCNET to implement valuation model or its about Bankswitch going to court...??? please don't Mislead Ghanaians because of your own cruel interests ....
As a concerned citizen and an importer in the business for a long time...i can notice a paid reporter who does not have a clue about customs and their processes...

Elliot Ansah did not delete any data from the gcms system. You don't even understand how the system works. You are making a very unformed and uneducated statement. There is no fact in your story.
