what do u meam second hand ?THERE ARE SECOND HAND FRIDGES WHICH HAS GREEN LABEL CHECK THE GASSES OR THE REFRIGERANT BEFORE IMPOUNDING THEM. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GHANA SANYO FACTORY ? MAKE THEM HOME TO CREATE JOBS.

It illegal in usa to not recyle freon! You can be fined(taken to court) and made to pay $10,000 to epa with each occurance if they are informed! Used refrigerators are not illegal in usa...How can poor people buy new? The Gha ...
