  Activity-Based Budgeting is more suited for business entities. It is therefore wise to switch to Program-Based Budgeting for government's financial planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

  Nana, you may be right to an extent but at these times when probity and accountability is pertinent my view is they keep ABB and re-assess processes linking the different drivers to cost pools etc. From my professional experience, even some companies fail execute this right as the processes are usually under-estimated and not thoroughly reviewed and tested. Well that's only my opinion so will be interesting to see how these project based will be embraced and help achieve Mother ghana's goals.

Just few days after Ghana under Mahama won a disgraceful bronze medal in the whole wide world for corruption and stealing , OUR NATIONAL CURRENCY the cedi has finally won the gold medal for the poorest currency in the whole Africa.When l say anything Mahama touches turn to disaster,this is it.God save our homeland Ghana.
