The AMA head, Oko Vanderpuye, is directly behind this scam. He is the one advising the Eddie Annan & Co. The government can refuse to honour the decision of the corrupt judge - as Kufuor did - if it wants! Kufuor refused to pay a judgement debt award to the Rawlingses' Cocoa factory. Only when Mills was elected did he approve the 5 million US dollars payment plus interest to Konadu and Co!

Mahama and NDC are going crazy with their looting. Mahama ignores his presidential business and appointed ministers and is the one who now conducts the business of purchasing military helicopters from Spain (without parliamentary approval), obtains Swedish loans for buses, etc just like in the abortive STX and the Brasilian Embraer jet acquisition. He has learned from Addo-Kufuor that the way to be a billionaire is to be the one who negotiates acquisions with a "commission" for oneself. It's create, share and loot all the way.
