The real problem arose whenever she had to shop for groceries.
One day, she went to the butcher and wanted to buy Chicken
legs. She didn't know how to put forward her request, and in
desperation, clucked like a chicken and lifted up her skirt
to show her thighs. The butcher got the message, and gave her
the Chicken legs.

The next Day, she needed to get chicken breasts. Again, she
didn't know how to say it, and so she clucked like a chicken

This is the reason why the Kumasi Mayor does not allow cell phones into his office and people were crying foul. The man knows how far his detractors will go to get him into trouble.

That said, political leaders need to be circumspect about what they say. Of course criminal behavior needs exposing. But this does not come anywhere close to a crime being committed. The lady was simply being loud-mouthed. Hope she learns a lesson. And also that she is able to get the other lady who did her in.

I have been following the brave and justifiable stand of this classy honourable minister for women's rights and socio-political issues in the Ghana media for some time now in a society replete with corrupt officials male chauvinism. The latter is even supported by the overwhelming number of male commentators lambasting her and jumping into conclusions, even though one is not sure about the veracity of a tape.It is clear that this Minister has been stepping on the toes of corrupt people in her ministry. These people will do everything possible to discredit her so as to get her out of the way. First it was a failed attempt to get her to publicly read a speech that she had not prepared herself, and now this. Do not give them the chance, lady; keep on fighting and doing what your conscience tells you to be right.

Others are doing it clandestinely - that is how a minister could buy a state bungalow when it was not put up for sale and resell it a higher price much later. They share looted assets of the state.
