There are always positive signs if only the negatives can be reduced and not overshadow the signs of growth. Unemployment remains high, facilities are poor and must be improved, cost of education to parents remain high and the money grabbing tradition undermines the importance of education. The government and its opposition must talk about growth and how to achieve them rather steeped in negative yelling.
