Istanbul to Cairo would be less than 3hours flights. Our players are professionals and must have faced such challenges a couple of times. The movement timings, in my opinion, are the best security=wise.

IF GHANA REFUSE TO PLAY AND EGYPT ARE GIVEN 3 POINTS AND 2 GOALS, GHANA WILL STILL QUALIFY FOR THE WC.

If we take that route [ie if we refuse to play] Egypt will go to Brazil. This is 2-leg, it's not like the previous competition with 4 teams.

  • Akwamu the wise man 10 years ago

If you could afford not to play by giving up 3 goals then how will any team be allowed to over turn a 4 goal deficit?

  • Kojo Moscow. 10 years ago

Eeven if we cry blood the venue will not be changed. We should concentrate on preparation, otherwise we will be shocked in Egypt.I am just from there, and they really mean business.

  • ME-LONDON 10 years ago

Is it fear to miss Brazil or security or both?

    Welcome back, Kojo.
    It's been a long time.
    I hope you've mellowed.
    Stay off the reckless insults.
    Let's debate for Ghana's progress.
    Great start with your input.

Another Egyptian Strategy could be food and/or drink poisoning. Should this happen, they can score about 10-0 and go thru.
