I am so concern about the absence of comprehensive health Ambulances and trained Paramedics in Ghana. We had prez Mills die in a pickup truck very sad. Many people die in taxis and tro-tro. We Ghanaians are asking for procurement of Ambulances and training facilities for Paramedics'. Parliament, Minister of Finance , Minister of Health please do something NOW. Please if you read this please copy and post it on your Facebook. Send a copy to the Ministry of Health and to Parliament. Their websites contact email address and ask them to procure and do something about this Immediately

All the factories he built in Ghana are all gone, including Ghana Airways, Black Star Shipping Line, and many, many companies, he established.

This sort of mismanagement and open corruption/'thiefing' is not perculiar to the B/A Regional hospital alone.Come to Volta Region where a whole castle is built for an ordinary General Practitioner for his support to the regional director in intimidating other medical officers in the region at the expense of a dilapedated hospital theatre and rotten nurses flats.the cost of this is in billion of old ghana cedis.
Attempt made by the concerned citizen to draw govt attention on some open stealings in the regional hospital was met with strong defence and hostilities from the Regional Director of heath services in the region .Because of fear of unexplained transfers, dimissals and intimidation everybody has kept quiet .GHANA MONEY OOOOOO, GHANA MONEY OOOOOOO, OGA DE CHOP AM NYAMA... It is a shame. This thing goes on nall the time in the GHS. I have never understood why the position of medical director goes to some doctors on account of seniority or in some cases speciality. It is an adminsitrative positon and must go to the one who would be the most effective administrator not the most senior specialist or PhD holder. You do not rquire a PhD to run a hospital effectively.
