Npp needs to change their reputation as an Akan party if they want to win the 2016 elections by finding a Ga to lead the party in its Presidential slot.
We are still making a mistake believing that the various scandals in Mahama's administration will lead to voters rejecting him in 2016. Ghanaians still voted for Ndc in 2012 despite all the scandals and the messy economy they created.
The truth is that, Ghanaians vote based on tribe and the moment we find another tribe to support the Asante/Akyem connection, Npp will not win the 2016 election because the Northerners and the Ewes will continue to vote for them even if the Ndc sold Ghanaians to China as slaves.

Where was he during the hearing of the electoral petition? He was fighting to gain the IMF appointment which he lost. If he were to succeed in that endeavor, he would have been in the US for that post. Akans should stand behind Bawumiah. He would also make Professor Frimpong Boateng his running mate and that could be an awesome leadership.
