  On our Independence day speech Obadwemba Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah said, and I quote..We should change our minds and attitudes.. this behaviour hasn´t been change at all. When Osagyefo built Tema Township one can boast that you´re in Europe. Meridian Hotel was running excellent, roads were all excellent, today after Osagyefo gone, 47 years, the T.D.C who supposed to take good care of the city has abandon everything in the hands of doing-your-own-thing. When Tema Township was built, no funeral, and no one can buy a land and build, today, everything has been in loose, and the city is totally destroyed including the before art of the heart Meridian Hotel.

HOW CAN A WHOLE STRATEGIC INDUSTRIAL AREA GET TO THIS UNMOTORABLE STATE, IN THE MIST OF BIG BIG TAXES BEING TAKEN FROM THESE INDUSTRIES ? NO POTENTIAL INVESTOR WILL INVEST IN SUCH A CONDITION.
