  You've ministry of Communications—with some fat ass deputies—ministry of Information and Media relations and also a presidential spokesperson, ALL DOING WHAT??
  
  Can some smart person around there tell these stupid Negroes about the REDUNDANCY, LAZINESS & NO WORK all day at the ministries in Ghana? Here we are spending a whopping 70%+ of the nation's scarce resources on SALARIES and we turn around and cry that we're broke? He shows too much disrespect and arrogance which affects the president who appointed him.
