This victoria hammah affair is of major concern , let us not forget even in America president Nixon was forced to resign or face impeachment for much much less as all he did was eavesdrop. here pepeni has confirmed he was able to bribe and therefore tamper with the justice system. any country which has citizens above the law is doomed to failure. the seriousness of this matter makes me wonder how cowardly or profoundly corrupt are most of our institutions such as all the political parties , the police , army and judiciary. pepeni should be made to account and be punished . God has made us to know what kind of a scoundrel and rouge this pepeni is by making his secrets slowly know to all of us . first he instigates the murder of his Akan king mills , organizes the cover up and rigs the elections and seals it by bribing the judges. today the govt is not functioning and we are going backwards , no more serious investors coming only those who wish to exploit and rape the wealth of the nation . in the ministries and govt institutions nobody is patriotically serving the nation as all are now afraid to act lest some pepeni or ayigbe decides they want that position or destroy the work. the moral fiber of society is seriously challenged as it is now the norm to be corrupt and steal . ministers are in charge of sectors they have no clue about so cant give direction , an account at finance , a secretary at transport, a schoolboy with nothing in his head at trade and industry , and a pepeni who who never saw the sea before he was 40 at fisheries , incompetence galore and they run around accusing and blaming the innocent for their own non performance and inaction . hopeless fools

The Queen Mother's lawyer must be the most incompetent Lawyer the Ghana Bar has produced. Unless, of course, he is trying some CHEAP MACHO POINTS with those who don't know what they are about and would, out of frustration, support anything ANTI-AUTHORITY.

In the First Instance, The Chief Justce cannot be sued on matters arising out of the ORDINARY COURSE of Court Business.

More importantly, to ask a LOWER and an INFERIOR Court to over-rule the Chief Justice has no precedence and NO JUDGE would be stupid enough to even attampt to give the Queen Mother a hearing.

In fact, by this act, the Queen Mother's Lawyer has foreclosed to his client, the Queen Mother, the ONLY available remedy for her dillema, that is, to appeal to the Chief Justice.

This lawyer should be disbarred, as would happen in any civilized society, for Providing wrong Procedural Advice to his Client and for Ineffective Assistance of Counsel.

Even some places outside of Ghana. Secondly, the Asantehene is not the overlord over the whole of Asante, not even of the whole of Kumase. The Asantehene has only authority over those stools, which were elevated or created by one of his predecessors. But he has no power for instance over the amantuo num states (big founding member states of Asante). After all Asante is an union with checks and balances and not a master-servant institution. Last but not least, you don`t know anything about Adanse history. Don`t you know, that Denkyira which used to a vassel state under Adanse, defeated Adanse and killed the Adansehene,Nana Awurade Basa? After their defeat, Adanse became a vassel state under Denkyira. Don`t you know, that the Adanses were approached by the Asantes to join hands with them to fight the then Denkyirahene, Ntim Gyakari? Don`t you know, remembering the severe defeat they suffered at the hands of Denkyira, they decided not to go to war against Denkyira again and therefore left to settle in Akyem. Don`t you know, after Asantes defeated the Denkyiras, the Adanses returned to their former place and joined Asanteman? Would the Adanses even have their current land, had it not been for Asante? Do you know, who prevented the Mamponghene to break away from Asante, when he was at loggerheads with the Asantehene? It was the Adansehene.

Our legal and police system are seriously collapsing. Couldn't any of the people involved see that the "accused" was a mental handicaped? Are there no psychatrists in Kumasi? The Authorities should investigate and sack the incompetent people involved in the case.
