  ITS ILLOGICAL. RISES IN TARRIFS SHOULD BE AT PAR WITH THE RATE OF INFLATION TO THE CURRENCY, TUITION FEES, IMPORT DUTIES, TRANSPORT FARES, THE NATIONAL DEFICIT, LAND PRICES, HOME PRICES ETC...IN GH THIS IS NOT THE CASE. TODAY ...
