This is great for Ghana, hope the Italians who are also talking of investing in solar with SADA would take off next year. Government needs to support the construction of mini hydro dams, there 15 sites (including Daboya near Tamale) in the country today. The NDC and NPP must unite to make Ghana have the necessary energy to develop.

This is good news. We should also be looking at bioenenergy generation. Solar ans wind could give ECG and PURC some sleepless nights as some people in Ghana are getting ready to compete with distributed energy.
