The NDC is just too incompetent, clearly this Deputy Minister is saying certains about sendig draft bill to parliament only because some opposition NPP members have criticised them in the past about the Volta University. So all they do is listen to their critics and use what they have been criticised on in future as if it's their thoughts, they just don't have that knowledge, experience and intelligence they just talk.

I cannot understand why the President is now giving these directives that should have come long time ago. For example, the Waterville and Isofoton monies should have been retrieved months ago and soon as the Supreme Court (SC)ruling. If they refused to pay their assets should have been seized through the courts, sold and the company banned from operating in Ghana. It was an insult for them to go to court to stop the recovery of the monies from them because once the highest court of the land (the SC) had ruled that the monies should be refunded to the state, unless a review was pending at the SC, no other court in Ghana had jurisdiction to entertain, let alone hear a case on stopping the retrieval of the money ordered by the SC as it happened in Ghana. Only in Ghana could such contempt by foreigners could happen.

Again, the agreement between GRA and SUBAH is illegal because it was an agreement with a foreign company which should have been approved by Parliament but dressed up as an agreement with a Ghanaian owned company. That was deception and is part of the "create, loot and share" corruption industry by NDC and the Mahama government. It was deliberate to avoid approval and scrutiny by Parliament.

As far SADA, GYEEDA and others are concerned, the less said about them, the better because they are a disgrace to Mahama and his willingness to fight corruption. There should not have been another committee to review the report of the original committee. Instead, the government should have acted on the recommendations of the original committee, retrieved all funds illegally spent and paid to individuals and organisations and those responsible arrested and prosecuted. This order is too late, too little, Mr President.

After Vickileaks, he has been trying hard to send empty messages to prove that he meant business but he is not. Don't forget that LITHUR is his lawyer and has rewarded him handsomely after the election petition.

LITHUR is also the Lawyer for Waterville and he represented them to defraud Ghana. The AG, Marietta Brew worked with LITHUR before being appointed as AG. She was there with Lithur when they got that judgement debt for Waterville. So Kofi, you see this is just gimmicks.
