  The best way for fighting corruption is to oblige every Citizen to declare his assets and annual income.That will put fears into people engaging in bribery and corruption,that is why the Advanced countries use this Fiscal Control system to trace crooks.You cannot earn $2000 a mount and live above your Financial means.You may get into trouble so easily if investigated by anti-fraud agencies.This will not stop bribery and corruption entirely but can reduce it drastically.Thank you.
