The Open University concept is highly needed in Ghana. Nigeria adopted it and today they are exporting high quality university lecturers to Ghana.
Sir you have a good idea there but the problem is with the internet services in the country. They are very very slow and very expensive. In some areas they do not work at all.

Dum-Sor would nip online programs in the bud. I am impressed however with the array of Professors, PhD holders etc but Ghana's education has not helped in our development. Many of our people live in the stone age conditions.
