Replace them with people who stole with the mighty pen
Most of these released are likely to go back to their criminal activities, especially the armed robbers and wee smokers. The news papers shall soon publish some caught again on their crimes. Wait and see.
Compensate them for wrongful punishment.
Why not channel these jobs offer through the labour ministry.
