This man was in Kumasi and played same tactics. Slept with every National Service Lady sent to the DVLA office in Kumasi through threats and all sorts of enticement. He wouldn't care if a staff is maried or not so long as you are in skirt and enter his office he would force a sexual contact with you. Even clients who have gone to the office to transact business were not spared. Those who refused were punished and victimised. I know a lady who was frusrated and intimidated for over four years that Martey was in Kumasi. This lady never knew peace until this dog was transfered. God has rewarded him for the pain and suffering he brought to his staff whose lives he destroyed in Kumasi, because they refused to be spies for him. Just under one year in Accra he is in the bossom of BNI. My plea with BNI is that they not release him until they have probe his over ten properties and bank accounts. If CHRAJ is listening, is not only politicians whose assets they should probe. This man has four houses in Kumasi, three in Takoradi including a hotel, two in Accra and another in Koforidua. If they contact me I will show them where they are.
