Good leaders act; they do not wait to react to situations. Ghanaians will have difficulty electing another President from the geo-political north which the President and myself come from for more than thirty years after he has left office should this President fail to fight corruption, abuse of office and impunity in obedience to our ancestors and God during his tenure of office. The manner which he has submitted with of his baseless arguments at the court or in public off late can be concluded he is less advanced in mental or social development than is usual for a “retard” Supreme Court judge. Another conclusion may be of his age. Many people were jailed for that. Why should he say his certificate is missing? That only is a clue for Ghanaians that Kpega is right. There is also a criminal case levelled against him of murdering someone in a mysterious way. Justice is needed in that line. Akkuffo Addo should go and defend himself in the court and let this matter rest. Why are the people fighting for him against Kpega? By charging Kpega at the court without trying the case is sin against God. God will surely intervene. The truth of this prolonged matter must come out. It is more dangerous if it is left in the hands of God to judge. There is no fraud in the court of God. Justice will be revealed with punishment on all those who are covering the truth. This punishment would run through all the generations that turn the truth to lie. Be careful God is God.

Some of us have contended for a very long time that the Judicial Council is the best forum to adjudicate this matter. It is only when it has done its work that Kpegah and for that matter any concern citizen could proceed to the High Court if dissatisfied.

In truth, the system is already rigged in favor of Nana Akufo Addo. I don't see how the Judicial Council would come out with an adverse decision against Nana Addo that would undermine its own integrity and the integrity of the judiciary. After all it is this same institution that colluded to confer lawyership on Nana Addo.

Do we know the irreparable harm that any adverse decision will do to the integrity of the judiciary and the nation?

Imagine a judicial council that has Frank Davies, one of Nana Addo's lawyers as a member? Is he going to recuse himself?

For the record, we all know that Nana Addo, the Judicial Secretary and the Judicial Council DON'T HAVE ANY CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THAT Nana Addo was actually called to the Bar. The fact that his name can be found on the roll of lawyers in and by itself does not mean that he was called to the bar to practice law. In fact, he could have been smuggled in on the instrumentality of his father.

Isn't it curious that Nana Addo doesn't have:

1. Former Classmates
2. Former lecturers AND
3. Law certificates?

We are in this mess as a country because we have taken partisan politics to a nauseating new level. We tend to defend the indefensible and have allowed our leaders to rob us blind.

We should shine our eyes and stop being stupid.

It's so pathetic the levels some individuals would allow themselves to sink, obliterating whatever, little respect, they have earned over the years on the altar of sycophancy, political expediency and petty partisan politics. For a former Justice of the supreme court to even descend to such levels, on the back of having entertained cases from the supposed imposter, speaks volumes about the very ethics of his profession, and the very integrity, with which he should have brought to bear, in the delivery of justice, based on the contents of his legal suit. It is a very sad day for Ghana, a sad day for justice delivery and a sad day for the integrity of our judicial system.
Clearly, the unsuitability of the case and it's subsequent dismissal is a very strong indictment of the character and integrity of the former Justice, and indeed, effectively throws out of the window, any respect he has ever had on the planet earth. The ignominy that J. Kpegah has suffered is irreparable, extremely damaging to his person and awfully pathetic for an individual of his stature. How he could allow himself to sink to such crass levels, is just amazing.

Kpegah is Ewe but his cause of action has nothing to do with Ewes who are equally bad as you.It is self-evident to anyone who has good knowledge in civil litigation that the judiciary,the Ghana Legal Council and the Bar Association have all wished that the case be thrown out in favour of any proper steps to discover the truth in the allegation.As a law student in the UK,one cannot confuse me by the assertion that Mr.A who completed his first degree in Ghana was called to the Middle Temple without first accomplishing the GDL or LLB which are not courses run by the Inns of Court.This is the crux of this legal tussle but was neither proved by the party on whom the onus must be determined by the court to lie.How can a case be dismissed when this issue is not determined but simply classify it as frivolous and without merit.If Kpegah is proved to be malicious,i will fly to Ghana to help the authorities to crucify him.I strongly support those who constantly doubt the integrity of the judiciary in Ghana.Sometmes i feel that the verdict of this case was swapped for that of the election petition.
