I believe FDA should be probe to know whether they really know what they are doing. This is not just about been zealous. Otherwise by the time people get to know that they were not doing the right thing it will be too late

I suspect foul play, as a Ghanaian I have been following the issue over the media for the past months and I think they are going beyond the powers. Opuni should know that no condition remain permanent. I am also disappointed with the president and his minister of health. Ghana belongs to all of us and how can u sabotage a Ghanaian entrepreneur. Both opuni and the minister of health must be fired. They are confused literates who do not know their left and right. Torbinco is a well renowned pharmaceutical company. The FDA should give us a break. I don't know the owners of Torbinco but l guess they are going through difficult times. May God give them the courage and strength to go through all the foolish and useless tactics of Opuni and his team. Finally, may the god of antoa evoke its curses on Opuni, his family as well as his team.

How many times has FDA found Tobinco engaged in the importation of fake drugs? FDA has not acted appropraitely.
