The MP must spare the nation of the trauma of worshipping a non-performing empty nincompoop who stole the mandate to rule Ghana, thanks to corrupt Atuguba.
That foolish MP needs to be reminded that football is the only remaining bastion of our national unity. It is the one thing remaining that unites us all irrespective of one's political affiliation and status in life. We should protect and preserve this national asset instead of attempting to politicise football.
the MP's suggesting has serious implications for the future of football in Ghana. The MP has assumed that all members of the Black .tars are NDC. Of curse, this not true. Therefore, if we start politicising football it will kill our national pride and spirit; very soon some members of the Black Stars will not heed the call to serve the nation because Black Star is NDC. if mahama wants to leave a legacy he should leave football alone and look elsewhere. The level of mediocrity and the tomfoolery coming from the Mahama/Amissah Arthur administration is legendary. The NDC is fraudulently attempting to turn Ghana into a communist state like North Korea where such things are done; worshiping the president. One can understand this is happening because it is a dictatorship of one party and anyone who objects to it is sent to prison or killed.

The NDC has never stopped being a dictatorship movement looking at their roots and history; the leaders portray and would like everyone to think they are socialists and social democrats but deep down they are showing all evidence of the worst capitalists of all time; planning, looting and sharing the country's monies with friends, relatives and acolytes and fuck Ghanaians and their pain and suffering.

Have they heard of anywhere in the world where the national team of a country has the picture of their President on their jerseys; not even in Sadam Husein's country, Iraq some years back. Ghana is a republican state presently being government by FOOLS and they should understand that the nation belongs to all of us. If anything at all the jersey should be in the colors of Ghana flag and that constitutes nationalism and patriotism, nothing else. Even in the days of dictators, we never heard such a NONSENSE statement. Once again these NDC MP's should understand that the only thing that brings this nation together is SPORTS and they should not bring their FOOLISH intentions into it to divide the nation. If the Black Stars succeed it is not for Mahama, but for Ghana as a whole, so they should keep their FOOLISH thoughts to themselves. May be NDC can establish a team and put Mahama's picture on it together with their flag, for that no one will say anything, but not the Black Stars which belongs to the nation as a whole, they dare not try because it will never see the light of the day in this country.
