The Chinese have managed to buy and subdue the conscience of the whole decision making body of a whole country hence the approval of their contract was just like a hot knife penetrating butter or cheese.
This how African has been impoverished and continue to suffer poverty because those claiming to be leaders lack conscience and strategic thinking skills required to even manage a small business in the developed world.

It is called "Kickback", "Bribery". Have the sense to reject such gifts in the future, for it starts as cheap cell phones and it gets more expensive, like holidays in Hawaii, then a house in London or millions of dollars in your Swiss bank account.

And by the time you realize what is happening, you would have sold your country to them.

So, no matter how honest you think you are, GIVE THE CELL PHONES BACK TO THAT CHINESE COMPANY!

I can't even imagine that some of you MP's have the moral justification to defend your shameful deal. Shame unto all of you.
