If we can regard our collective health and its lack of quality, isn't it better to look at it as a security risk and concern? And if so, what the MOD is doing about it?
Why can't the MOD takes it as their responsibility to train more medical personnel and brigade of nurses under their command to run our clinics and hospitals in tandem with civilians in 40:60 ratio?
Is it not true that in order to secure our roads from highway robbers, the police extend hand to the MOD for a successful mobilization and execution?
IF ONE DOOR IS CLOSED, MANY MORE ARE OPENED.
The Cubans did it thru military application which allow them to mobilize their medical personnel to move to our rural areas when our own folks refused to be posted there.
No military trained personnel can say no to his superior in chain of command. With this, we can kill the indiscipline attitudes our nurses exhibit to the detriment of our health.

The time is long overdue to have quality leadership at the helm of affairs. Let's rescue Ghana in 2016 from the guinea-fowl brain criminals and jokesters now ruling Ghana without any clue what the country needs to be done but only coming up with one scheme after another to loot the state coffers.

I do not know of any improvements in the quality of care that occured during his watch. And now he is going to lecture about how to improve the quality of health care in Ghana?
