  Protection of public health requires stringent measures which may not be suitable to the business man. Gsunate plus has a combination which is already known but not the formulation-suppossitory hence the need for clinical trials to establish that the product is efficacious. Can you imagine importers importing all sort of medicines and expecting fda to take the responsibility of establishing the efficacy. There are guidelines for registration of products, and therefore one will expect tobinco; a well established institution to follow the land down rules. The fact that you''ve written your exams without the results release, you cannot claim to be a graduate of a school. You need to receive your certification. New registration and 're-registration of products in every country involves review of documents, laboratory analysis, etc and until this is not done, such products cannot be offered for sale. What stops tobinco from making available the documentation on clinical trials of the product.

  Products not registered by the regulatory authorities are referred to as fake because the regulator cannot guarantee the efficacy, safety and quality of the products.

  I'm very aware that other agencies lr importers I. The past were able to resolve their challenges with fda, so the question one will ask is, why the impasse is lingering. If Dr. OPUNI, is the problem, how come others were able to resolve their challenges and now doing the right thing. It is important for tobinco to note that, Ghanaians are proud of hard handed CEOs like Dr. Opuni. We will advise them to sit back and try to do the right thing
