The fact of the matter is that, Tsatsu plaYed "lottery' HEDGED on oil futures with the drill ship and lost and the drill ship was seized by society Genrale in Oman which they were going to sell for $20 million to defray they debt. That is a fact that is not in contention and the Sole Commissioner subbing for Ndc and doing its dirty job for them should have asked Tsatsu if he had the permission of the GNPC Board at the time to play "lottery" with GNPC assets.
Anybody with an ounce of brain can tell you that, an International company like Society Generale will not seize a ship without any legal support and Tsatsu lying to Ghanaians that there was no judgement against GNPC when he left in 2000 was not true.
Tsatsu used GNPC assets as if it was his personal property as he did in that cocoa farming idiocy that led to his imprisonment. Tsatsu is a criminal who should be in prison instead of walking around. He and his cousin Kojo Tsikata and Kofi Awonooor stole Blackstar line ships which they sold and invested the money in oil businesses in Angola, thank to the son of a whore Rawlings.

KT said he went there and settle the debt and the balance was given to Ex-president Kufour at first then he changed it to bank of Ghana.Tsatsu doesn't have to lie because if he did something wrong he has already paid the price. SG filed a case against GNPC that compelled GNPC to bring the drill ship to Houston, Texas which the court ruled they cannot compel the GNPC to do and that does not mean SG cannot seize the ship at their convenience anywhere.
As far as the remaining 3.5 million dollars is concerned, the sole commissioner has to delve into the matter and find out where it is. I have never heard anywhere that K.T Hammond said he gave it to Kuffour. The said money was supposedly deposited into the Ghana account in London and the onus is on Hammond and the Npp administration to tell us what happened to that money and Tsikata has nothing to do with it.

Now if SG had such an iron-clad collateral, how come it was unsucessful in convincing two differnt Courts,including the Court of Appeal in Texas to impound the drillship?
In any event, I believe in Tsatus closing remarks, he did offer to submit himself to a cross-examination of any interested party;so why does he not take him up on that offer and stop whinning? Look,is this so-called senior lawyer suggesting that the mere existence of a mortgage be sufficient to enable SG to have won its suit? As Tsikata went to great pains to elaborate,both parties were wel aware of thelimited purpose of that arrangement,and that is why SG did not make mention of it in its claims. "Full Stop!".
And to be frank, If I were in KT Hammond`s shoes, I would maintain dead silence and hope that people would forget his role in this whole affair! He said having discussed the Societe Generale (SG) and the GNPC case in a London court, the Cabinet decided not to pursue the case after SG had secured a judgement debt of $47 million and a precautionary arrest of GNPC’s Discoverer 511 in Oman.
According to Mr Kan-Dapaah, there was nothing the government could do under the circumstances, especially when it did not have money, and so it decided to seek a settlement outside court, hence the mission of Mr Hammond to London to pursue that option.

Hammond and Ken Dapaah both knows damn well the NPP under Kufour used Nana Akufo-Addo to prosecute Tsikata who was then convicted for causing financial loss to the nation. What the commissioner wants to know is what were the factual sale amount and or the proceeds from the sale of the drillship. How would Tsikata shed light on a sale that you, Mr. Jackass K.T. You should know that there should be mortgage on the drill ship, since every Ghanaian is aware of the way the ship was acquired. The major problem of owing the French bank was solved when you K T Hammond sold the said drill ship and paid the French bank in question.
But now, the whole citizens of Ghana want to know of the whereabout of the remaining amount of 3.5 million dollars, even though according to the information Kufour had, the bank demanded 14 million dollars, meaning you K T played Kufour WAYO/AZAAH deceived him while you paid the French bank 19.5 million dollars.
Tsikata case is clear, because he acquired a drill ship in GNPC'S name and used it for the exploration of oil for Ghana, which presently attributed for the oil Ghana has today.
According to Sam Jonah, of the Ashanti gold fields' statement that, it is the earlier efforts of Tsikata that contributed to the discovery of the Ghana's oil today.
Now it is a matter of money that Hammond should let us know where it is. It is obvious that more than 90 percent of Ghanaians know the ship never came from Heaven, but was acquired via Bank, either through high purchase/mortgage or etc.
Naturally the educational level of Hammond should not have made him cry wolf of the ''question of mortgage'' and smartly draw the less intelligent people into the case like Tsikata was treated with baby gloves as he claimed it to have happened.
