UK USA CHINA AND DEVELOPED COUNTRIES DO NOT BEAR THE BURDEN OF PROVIDING BUNGALOWS QUARTERSES AND BARRACKS. EVERYONE GOES FOR THE MORTGAGE. GOVERNMENT SHOULD USE THE MONEY FOR OFFICIAL BUILDINGS SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS ETC.

What is killing the country now is government overspending. Parliament has given the president power to overspend our money excessively and acquireloans excessively whiles paraliament sit down like zombie to watch this crime against the state. The free hand given to the president is the cause of the mis rule. He has created so many offices just to create job for his party members because he has money to pay them. This is the caue of the corruption we are seeing in Ghana today. Our money can be spent without limit so all politicians are becoming millionaires in dollars. They have access to our mney with no one checking them. The president is the #1 victim of this malpractice.Special scrutiny shoud be exercised on he president on how he pends our money.

DEMOCRACY IS NOT GOOD FOR GHANA AND AFRICA. MILITARY DICTATORSHIP IS INDEED THE NEST FOR AFRICA BECAUSE THE AFRICAN DO NOT HAVE THE CONSCIENCE AND SENSE TO ADMINISTER WELL. The Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Unit under the President's office should be doing that type of work for the Executive. Instead of doing that work, that Office was turned into a NDc Propaganda unit. That unit needsto get qulaified staff irrespective of their party affiliation and tribal origin. There are several qualified Ghanaians with varied national and international experience who are prepared to provide these type of professional services free of charge, but they are not given the chance to contribute their bit to mother Ghana because thay are not affiliated to the ruling NDC party. Give Ghanains a space to help. Please NDC donot create additional structures and positions that end up not meeting expectations but cost the nation millions of money to run. Donot waste scarce resources.
