  The FAO boss is right. In order to move forward on solar, there is the urgent need to educate policy makers on solar. With such education, government would not construct Flagstaff House without solar, same with the Foreign ministry. Solar is the key, and investment at the lower and upper levels of society would help. Micro credit for the use of solar would also help.
