Murdered Nigerian: UK Police place £10,000 bounty on GHANAIAN killer

The London Metropolitan Police has offered £10,000 reward for information that will help track down and arrest a convicted Ghanaian murderer on the run for killing a Nigerian student in London.

Ghanaian Lerone Boye, 27, the alleged murderer, was sentenced to 28 years last December for the murder of 17-year-old Nigerian, Kelvin Chibueze.

Boye had stabbed Chibueze to death at a birthday party in Ilford in August 2011. He has not been seen since he escaped from the John Howard Centre in Kenworthy Road in Homerton on October 16.

Scotland Yard said there is "some intelligence to suggest" that Boye may be in the east London area . He is also known to have links to Barking, Newham and Ilford.

The London police officers describe Boye as a "black man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and of slim build.

He had a distinctive horseshoe shape scar on his right cheek and a gold tooth in his upper row of teeth.

When last seen, he was said to be wearing a grey-blue sweat-shirt with a grey vest over the top. He was also wearing grey jogging bottoms. He had short hair and a goatee beard.

Members of the public are advised not to approach Boye, but to call 999 if they see him.

Four killers stabbed Chibueze to death after chasing him out of a nightclub brandishing champagne and brandy bottles.

Kelvin Chibueze, 17, rushed out of a private party at an east London venue after he was attacked in a mass brawl involving knives and bar stools.

The youth tripped outside a supermarket and the rival gang members sat on his legs to stop him running away before stabbing him repeatedly with a foot-long blade.

Dale Williams, 21, Lerone Boye, 25, Hugo Nwankwo, 18, and Roger Damali, 31, denied murder, but were convicted after a trial at the Old Bailey.

A judge condemned Britain's 'endemic' knife culture as he jailed the four members of the Barking-based Harts Lane street gang for 93 years in total.

A fifth man, deaf-mute Ibrahim Zakari, 21, who threw a bottle at Kelvin during the chase, was earlier jailed for two years, but walked free because he had already served more than a year in jail on remand.

The next customer that comes in has a terrible cough and asks the problem clerk for help. Unable to recall where the cough remedies are, the nervous clerk points to a box of Ex-Lax and says "Here, buy this then go over to our cooler and take all of it with plenty of water".

The customer thanks him and obliges. Finishing his last glass of water, the customer exits the pharmacy. Once outside he stops, takes a few faltering steps, then hugs a telephone pole. The boss, having witnessed the entire scene, approaches the clerk and asks him what he recommended.

"Ex-Lax," says the clerk hesitantly.
"Ex-Lax !" yells the boss. "That won't help a cough!"

It is becoming very worrisome and heart breaking the rate at which members of the NPP are frustrating Prez Mahama in his work as the president of the country.

The woes of Prez Mahama started by one man's desire to become the president of the country at all cost, by challenging the result of a keenly contested election which he lost at the Law Court.This action of Akufo-Addo has rendered the genuinely elected president an illegitimate one in the eyes of the NPP and its' sympathizers.Their stock in trade now is the daily vilification and name calling of the first gentleman of the land. This attitude adopted by the NPP is not helping the president to function effectively in the face of the daunting task ahead.

In their calculated effort to see the President loose focus, Kofi Babone, alias Kofi Jumah is coming out with another trick this time round. That is having a secret recording of Prez Mahama bribing Justice Atuguba? I think the NPP are bent on coming back to power, come what may and as a result they are no longer playing a fair game as a responsible opposition. What they are doing now is 'bugabuga' opposition.

As for Kofi Babone, I don't think the President should waste any time on him. Not long ago, he created the impression that the former President, Papa Kufour, from his own party, was 'servicing' some women before giving them appointment. Papa Kufour did not utter a word because he knew he was dealing with 'akwadaabone'..He again suggested that former Prez Mills should be honoured with an alcoholic beverage. How can an honourable fellow do things this way?

I would suggest to Prez Mahama to find a way of sending Kofi Babone, alias Kofi Jumah to 'AKWADAABONE SUKUL' Even though he is of age, I think if he is sent there it will afford him the chance to learn some of the things he couldn't learn as a child among the children there.

As for the NPP as a party, they can try as much as they can to make Prez Mahama unpopular but they should know that the same thing awaits them should they also find themselves in power. Mind you! if you don't want your neighbour to count up to ten, under no any circumstance will you be able to count up to nine.

Do you still remember the story of the Three Wise Men? I think so. Which direction did they come from? The answer is a word to the wise is in the EAST!!

There're definaely questions to be answered concerning the biased verdict that Atuguba read on that fateful day of August 29.
