After spending so much resources on a proceeding deemed to be fair to the nation, a statement from a competent government official, stating or suggesting contrary perception merits this action taken by the Chief Justice. It is the duty of the CJ to investigate such allegation even without a request by the opposition.
Name calling and labels assigned to our officials are not healthy for a civilized society like ours. One may disagree with positions of Mahama's or Akuffo Addo's or the CJ but please stick to the issues.
I trust Justice Kofi Date Baah : he is one of our trusted legal brains. Above all, he is not a relative of any of the individuals in dispute.

My NPP party has now proved to be a menace,negative-minded,tribalistic and diabolical.Currently,the two strongest parties in Germany are planning towards a merger to rebuild their country in the light of the recent economic crisis.It looks as if we have no sense of nation-building and have allowed power,selfishness and jealousness to rule our minds.In criminal law,to secure conviction,both the actus reus and the mens rea of the offence must be established.R v Deller (1952).If we had been wise enough,we should have placed this deputy minister under surveillance and upon an approval of the DPP or Attorney-General.Now she had had time to cover up or would discard her evil intention if she really had any.What she said is just equivalent to a gimmick but we continue to waste national resources on account of that,simply because it affects NDC.When the case of Kpegah v Nana Addo was published,i expected Sir John to defend it but he was silent.Compare the two and see which is more serious.Thus a person who had obtained salaries and benefits by way of deception and this gimmick.That case was thrown away for reasons known to the adjudicators.Sir John must answer that question.'The Rule of Law must prevail at all times'.
