Kumasi DVLA is the most corrupt. Bribes paa ni especially where the pictures are taken.Thats where peoples information are sold by a lady clerk who always sit at the far right of the desk.

personally i think fining the drivers serves not as a deterrent but an encouraging measure, what happened to community service as a means of punishment. what if the offender has more than enough, then fine really means nothin ...

personally i think fining the drivers serves not as a deterrent but an encouraging measure, what happened to community service as a means of punishment. what if the offender has more than enough, then fine really means nothing unless someone is waiting keenly on people to offend so the individual or body will make more money but then we as Ghanians will at risk, lets wake up.
