Opuni asked Asante-Boateng to be on Tobbin's payroll to 'help' the company. Asante-Boateng is at the FDA. When Tobbinr refused to transfer the shares to Opuni he started to blackmail him. When that failed he decided to destroy the company. He Opuni was the one who opened all the doors for Tobbin. We have every single phone call after he made the demands and threats. He even brought someone to hold the shares for him. Corrupt thief! Only Mahama will put someone this evil and shallow in charge of a sensitive organisation like the FDA.

What I seriously want the man to be proven innocent. He must be himself and work with his lawyers. In life these things happen and he should understand that. What is illegal is illegal so is what is legal, it doesn't matter whether the drugs were fake or not. The FDA operates with standards and these are Ghanaian standards. There is a thin line between meeting standards and not meeting them. For now I give FDA the benefit of the doubt. To those asking how many people has Tobinco killed? They should know that death is not the only side effect of fake drugs (the experts will tell us better).

FDA should be very strict to follow their investigations with seriousness and never give anybody who is involved in this demonic works of fake drugs chance to grow in our nation. They collaborate with Indians and Chinese in this dirty works of evil production of fake drugs.

People who practice fake drug production are demonic people hence they honestly deserve severe punishment when found guilty.

The workers on fasting and prayers should first ask God of the reality and genuiness of those drugs in question so that they may know where to chanell their prayers since the real God will never support fake drugs production and smart importation.

No government intervention, the law must work, this is part of the process of eradicating corruption in our nation. The saddest thing is that these people in this fake drug production are foolishly rich, never minding killing people with their fake drugs.

They have to be hunted, even if they use the word ''witch hunting'' Naturally witches ought to be hunted down else they succeed in killing their targeted victims, mostly the poor citizens of the nation.

Warning; people should not politcised this issue because people are dying due to fake drug consumption. Whether people will lose their work or not when the factory closes down should not influence the investigation of finding the facts surrounding the who;e issue.

It is similar to arresting a drug dealer. The government cannot allow the dealer to continue his business while he is under arrest. Before calling bad names to Mr. Tobin, has any of those people studied the whole case. He is being abused calling Greedy, Murderer, In-human & what not. Has any news about the study made about the products imported by him being shown in the news. There's no report or evidence to support the statement that they were fake drugs. Has anyone before this news heard of any negative news related to Mr. Tobin, his company & the products he has imported. In-fact the same Mr. Tobin was awarded "Marketing Oriented Company of the year 2011" by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG).

A citation accompanying the awards read : “Since your establishment, you have endeared yourself to Ghanaians by becoming a household name in the provision of high quality pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products in Ghana and beyond.”

The citation also recognized Tobinco’s efforts at consistently delivering the safest and most potent health care products using competent human capital and incredible passion for innovation are well noted.

We also have news about Mr. Tobin that he is an elder of the Church of Pentecost, and has supported the church immensely, both financially and infrastructure wise. He is said to have a package for over 300 widows, whom he supports every month.

Mr. Tobin is also said to be sponsoring an array of school students across Ghana.

It is the about the same person we are talking that he has killed people with his drugs. If that was the case, wouldn't he would had been arrested long back.

The point is before pointing out negative things about someone FDA should test those products for the efficacy & quality and then declare it as fake. Let there be strong evidences before you speak out negative to media destroying anyone's image & reputation.
