The FDA have made its position clear. ie the drugs have not been certified as wholesome so cannot be given to human beings.Being partisan is understandable or even acceptable but when human life is involved, its a different story.Idiots like Jumah make the ndc look good. he is truely a monkey

If the products that are being marketed don't meet regulations, the appropriate sanctions must be applied. It shouldn't be politics as usual. It has become the order of the day in GH. Very soon kenkey sellers will have to hoist the flags of parties they are aligned to in order to attract the right patronage

If it is a national issue, then leave the right institutions to deal with it. If it is a political one, then someone needs to back off, but there're issues we have to learn to compromise on. This is a health issue and can affect everyone.

But my concern will be, why will such a big company want to peddle in an illegal product? The trial in the media has not helped matters, I am of the opinion that arresting Mr Tobin on Monday has degenerated the whole issue into a political farce.

Not very good for our pharmaceutical industry and our nation at large!!!!!!!!

Go to Accra, Kumasi, Sekondi-Takoradi etc and count the number of foreign companies who have invested and operating in Ghana. Thousands, so that today, you can purchase factory BMW, Audi, Jaguar etc all in Accra - Ghana.

You mean the government should close its eyes, if an investor comes to Ghana, import fake/illicit drugs into the country.

When people begin to die after using such fake drugs, you will be among the same group who will blame the govt for alowing the company to import deadly medicine into the country.
