Did you know that after his sacking he found refuge in the then vice president Maham's office as an unofficial aide? Did you know that he is now a big shot financial advisor to the president? Did you know that he is a member of the team that negotiated the sale of the bank to Fortiz? Interesting times we live in indeed.

If anything at all it is board of directors of the bank who should be in trouble for approving such huge loans to individuals/businesses without first making sure; first whether such entities have the ability to pay back and on time. To highlight so much of this man's indebtedness to the bank is cheap politics. This is purely private and should be handled as such. The use of security agencies to harass a debtor who is not flight risk should not be encouraged in our democratic dispensation. Dude put on a better reasoning cap to engage in politics of rationality.

No wonder, the Majority Leader - Dr Kumbour's statement in Parliament today about fighting corruption in reference to the so called Drill-gate was met with strong words from Mr. K.T. Hammond.

I am not here to side with anyone when it comes with stealing people's money. But how on earth will Dr. Kumbour keep silent on recent stealings in millions of dollars by individuals and corporations but talk about 3.5 million dollars scandal which occurred in 2001?
