  what do you expect when the minister and chief director there are the most corrupt and callous .most likely they have utilized the monies for their own personal gains and are having problems returning the funds

  I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.
  
  This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

  Please stop playing politics with our dear farmers.How long does it take to fulfill vague promises,we spend useless time and money on irrelevant issues.It is HIGH time the government comes out clean to fulfill these promises.

  Shame, shame, shame Mahama's administration. You can do better.The deputy minister gave some reasonable explanation but that shouldn't preclude you from doing your best people.

  Just say there has been delay due to politics and government will expedite process and call the winners for some assurance and stop this childish excuse.
  
  We give ourselves up for insults and debates too much. Someone needs to speak sense here to these farmers and STOP the class one riddle.
