what do you expect when the minister and chief director there are the most corrupt and callous .most likely they have utilized the monies for their own personal gains and are having problems returning the funds

Please stop playing politics with our dear farmers.How long does it take to fulfill vague promises,we spend useless time and money on irrelevant issues.It is HIGH time the government comes out clean to fulfill these promises.
