One thing i've noticed about our president is that he is a smooth talker, plays on the emotions and gullible nature of Ghanaians. We have been patient for 5 years and going into 6. In all honesty, i've lost hope in his presidency and his Govt. People who talk too much tend to do very little.
NDC has wasted 5 years doing propaganda with NPP rather than focus on working to deliver for the people. If four years is said not to be enough time for anyone to turn a country round, how much more 3 years which is exactly what Mahama has left.

Today the Akans despite being the majority have been marginalized due to the hegemony of the ewes , northerners and lately we see also the treacherous Gas. i repeat just one point to prove the point , there is not a single Fanti cabinet minister in this govt. yet they claim almost half their votes were from the Akans or Fantis . we must admit the persecution of the Akans did not start today , Nkrumah ruthlessly persecuted any opposition to his wanton spending which led to the first exodus of the Akans mainly the fantis in the late 50's and 60's . then came the rawlings who caused again the exodus of the Akans this time mainly the twi speakers led by the Ashantis . today there is an estimate of from 10 to 15 million Akans living in the diaspora who will support any revolution or war effort that will lead to to the freedom of the Akans . the farmer sows, irrigate, fertilize, etc. all these ignites his patiences because he knows he is doing something right and it will pay off. he just don't sow seeds and go home to have patiences that after a while the seeds will bear fruit.
the pregnant mother take precautionary measures and have periodic visits to the hospital to make sure the baby is doing ok.
what i am trying to say is that patience will come naturally when you are doing the right things at the right time. What i really wanted to hear you tell us is what actually you are doing that we Ghanians should have patience for....#GodBlessGH

What about respect for our intelligence? What about the growing budget deficit and public debt? What about simply sitting your ass down to work, with a qualified and competent team, rather than a ragtag army of recycled ministers who are worse than square pegs in round holes? What about being upfront with us? You doubled your salary with backpay in December last year, then you cut it by 10% and expect us to applaud you and follow suit? Our roads, schools and hospitals, even mortuaries are crying for mercy, yet money continues to flow to GYEEDA, Zoomlion, Engineers & Planners, Subah and who knows what else without fail. You must take us for fools indeed. I don't blame you, I blame the voters who failed to see the conman in you. Sad days in our beloved country indeed. If you have nothing honest and redemptive to say, just keep your mouth shut and stop reading us these poems.

We are sitting down and a TINY COUNTRY LIKE TOGO,WITHOUT ANY OIL FLOWING,HAS SEEN OUR STUPIDITY,IN LOOKING AT OUR HARBOURS EXPERIENCING OVER CROWDING PROBLEMS,therefore started to revamp theirs to get a share in our shipping business.
Look,they are one of the countries without any commercial gold deposit,yet have schools that train citizens on JEWELLERY DESIGNING WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY,while we were still using archaic method by our unskilled GOLD SMITHS.YET WE ARE THE 8TH IN THE WORLD PRODUCTION OF GOLD.
MAHAMA must renew his mind and start to to change things to do what brings results/solves problems for the nation,and stop bragging all the time.
GHANA NEEDS A CHANGE,BUT WILL NOT COME OUT OF PROPAGANDA.

Mr president thank you for the assurance but the signs we see in our lives are not very promising and that is why we are so scared of the future of our children. Today almost the whole world and everybody is singing praises in memory of the late Madiba a true patriot of Africa for showing us how to forgive people who must have wanted him dead. My question is Can you continue to work with people like Albert Bagbin, Martin Amidu for critising you, I think that is the only way we can move forward - accept positive ideas from others if even it is bitter. What legacy will you leave behind? Please am not wishing for your death but the signs of good fortunes must start now. Cuts or freeze on hampers is a good sign but we want ministers of state to leave their lives like the ordinary ordinary Ghanaians by paying their own utility bills, and stopping the wastage. They must not buy government cars which cost £35000, and also buy bungalows at reduced rates, what will be left for the state? I pity our country. Show us that you are a caring president. Thank you.

That is true if the leadership has Blue Print,then the people would know that building a Country is progressive Step by step method,but what do we See ; hefty increases in food prices,heavy increases in taxes,Services and everything including School fees by the day.As at the moment in Ghana, all those whose parents don't have money are at home instead of Schooling.Even the heavy bribery involved before one is admitted to the School is an embarrassment to the African and mankind.The people have not hope anymore.
I was a kid when I heard always about Sacrifice for better tomorrow,always tighten your belt,tighten your belts for a better tomorrow.And for over 50 years that better tomorrow never emerges.The people are in a pitiful State of indigence.
So,for how long should we continued to tighten our belts,for how long should our Children whom are supposed to be in School Stays in the house,for how long should the youth stayed unemployed etc etc.
And this is a Country without a single Social Welfare Benefits of any kind.Non at all since the foundations of the Country.
