The state is not coming up with a comprehensive agric program that the investor community will find it credible so that they can support.To make myself clear, go to Eastern Region see how families who depended on cocoa production have been reduced to some of the poorest people on earth. How did Malayasia got it right and we failed. The politicians are like 'the cook who does not eat the food she spends precious to cook. Even the middle eastern countries have diversified thei economy.
