If you want to get laurels as a footballer, don't go to Arab club in Africa.

Are these players educated?I fear for Ghanaian players who ply their trade in the Arab World,they are always cheated.The educated ones are able to fight for their right eg Agogo & Rahim Ayew.

Tema John, I believe that is why these kids pay enormous part of their hard earned money to their so called agents.A college degree is always a plus but you will agree with me that a player can ply his trade without one.I believe these Ghanaian professional players playing at local and international league need to unionize.That will help them share notes such as bad teams or agents to avoid, questions to ask when negotiating.Even Doctors are routinely taken advantage of when they nogotiate for deals like buying cars.That is because just like the players they lack experience in that field.We need to stop blaming the victims and urge GFA and the ministry of youth and sports to play an assist and advice role in the negotiations for our boys

I am so infuriated by the way some of these foreign teams treat our boys playing for them. They withhold players' bonuses and pay them so inconsistently that a lot of the time these kids are left borrowing from friends and team mates to survive. Yet these are the very teams who quickly lodge complaints and law suits with FIFA when the player even mix their plane after a national assignments. How can a team manager tell people that he wasn't aware that his players' pay and bonuses have not been given to them. I say GFA needs to lodge a complaint with FIFA and CAF as soon as possible. If we want these people to respect us we need to start holding them accountable for their actions and stop trying to be overly nice all the time.
