God rather forgive you. Even a JSS student knows you cannot compare the Chinese, Japanese or the Koreans to Ghana. These people are helping their countries because no matter who their leader is, they are sure of one thing, that's the leaders' sense of patriotism. After the Supreme Court verdict this idiot Mahama did nothing to unite the country despite the fact that he knew he was incompetent. In Ghana the only part of Ghana NDC is concerned about are their guaranteed partisan Regions. Mahama only has Northerners as ministers and DCEs and talks only about SADA and Eastern corridor. His only major project in the Akan Regions is at Nzima area where he thinks he will get oil money and leave the people in poverty in their devastated environment. Indeed only a foolish President like Mahama will compare Ghana to the far East countries.

Leadership first and the people will follow. Why do we choose leaders in the first place if the people themselves can do things on their own? It take a great leader to move society forward. Mahama should stop all those uninspiring remarks and come out boldly with a plan to fight corruption and act on it. Policies are developed by our leaders for the people to support or follow. Citizens do follow what their traditional rulers/chiefs tell them to do and not the people who just wake up and do what they want to do. Mahama should show us that he is a leader and this is what he wants us to address corruption in the country. If he is able to show that and acts, Ghanaians will respect and trust him. America is not where it is if its leaders and the people did not do what is right. What Sekou has missed is the fact that, Ghana's political system is different from what was in China under Chairman Mao. In China's autocratic system the leader does not have anything to negotiate with his people but in our democratic system, the leader must engage the people in a dialogue to win their agreement to follow him. And this is what President Mahama was doing by making an appeal to all Ghanaians. Remember only 50.7% of voters voted for him.

This is what is happening. Look at the Finance Ministry and assess if there is any critical leadership. What is sensed is payback time.

Ghanaians must feel very sorry to have this man as their president. He's so shallow-minded, seems to lack ideas, and not know exactly what things to say during any particular occasion. He says things that a primary school child wouldn't say. Kufuor, Mills and Akufo Addo are skillful orators, not Mahama, although we're told, he's a communication expert? Mahama's statement, that Ghanaians are overly cynical and have very short memory, speaks volumes of his stupidity and immaturity. I live and work in China, and can corroborate Dr Nkrumah's assertion that China has become what it is today, because it's the leadership that has opened the people's eyes. I'm sorry for him and his govt, because he's been surrounded by square pegs, self-seekers, who unduly sing his praise, even though they're very much aware of his lucklustre performance. Does he have people who advise him, and who are they? Sorry, indeed!
