The evidence presented by the petitioners suggest the case was a fraudulent one. We saw duplication of serial numbers and whole lot evidence that shouldn't have been sent to the court.

Starting from the days of Nkrumah every minority ethnic group comes to power with the mentality of my time has come '' we go chop Ghana money some '' and do everything to ensure this . nkrumah using the old strategy of divide and rule , pit brother against brother divided the fanti speaking people into 2 regions , rawlings came and used the same methods to pit part of the fantis and ashantis against each other and now pepeni is [laying the same game of northerners against southerners and all non Akans against the Akans . Billions have been approved in parliament in the past few years and the monies disappeared meanwhile they shove down our throats stories of 3,5 million and rumours of CIA basically accusing Akans again of corruption as diversions to the real truth of the looting of those hiding behind the ndc party . our problem in a nutshell is hegemony tribalism and chauvinism and the evil fruits are corruption , destruction of the economy and treacherous enmity between brothers . with out the unification of all the potentials and peoples of the land there can be no progress or development leading to industrialization and real meaning well paying jobs for our children no matter the natural resources . that is also the the problem of the Arab world who will forever remain trapped in a quasi feudal society , we Akans choose a different path and will most surely secede as there is no other alternative , long live the republic of Akan

First, the petitioners wanted the court to steal votes for Akufo Addo by annulling votes from President Mahama's strongholds in order for him to become President through appointment rather than through election.

Second, they kept changing figures during court proceedings to make up the numbers and got caught by the vigilance of Tsikata &co. Swapping of boxes did not help either. Then, came the insults and threats after realising the game was up.

In all of these drama, the NPP acted more than criminals and i believe the Judges saw through that and decided to label them as such. And it is a fact that the NPP is made up of CROOKS.

Partisan politics has blinded the petitioners to the extent that they want to assume the role of judges in their own petition.
Going before a judge with your petition means that, you have agreed to subject yourself to the judge's authority. If a judge hears your argument, he has to understand it in a certain way and if he honestly expresses his understanding, it is proper because only he is the "oga" in his court.
The petitioners could have done themselves a lot of favour by inquiring from their own agents if there was any fraud at the polling stations. Had they done this and found out that there was some cheating at the polling stations, all that they would have to do was to call their polling agents as witnesses and their case would be solid. But they knew nothing like that happened yet they were not honest to admit it so they rested all their case on the administrative errors on the pink sheets.
If the polling officer fails to sign electoral record sheet, what the petitioners should have been arguing was that the figures were not what was declared in the public declaration of results. But they knew these were the figures declared after the public counting of votes so they did not venture there. In fact the judges had actually been very very polite with the petitioners because the petitioners were just in court to do "galamsey" gold digging. This was very irresponsible.

That you rule in favor of the govt. that appointed you.From J.J.Rawlings/PNDC/NDC rule for almost 30YRs that seem to be the norm, that if it is NDC then it is good. The road to democracy in Ghana is being subverted by NDC. The judges as you explained by their actions and most likeky appointed by NDC govts.are putting themselves above the law by treating the petitioners as criminals, a typical NDC modus operandi to win at any cost. Look and observe, for the nealy 30yrs in power with nothing to show for but murder, intimidation through security forces which they virtually own because it is populated with their unqualified thugs/the never ending corruption that they intentionally run down a bank so that they can buy it and own it, the sale of almost 194 state insitutions to themselves and nothing to show for the people of Ghana because they failed to pay for it, the criminalization of any one who stands up to challenge them and in some cases outright murder of any one who stands in their way. And J J Rawlings is the root cause of all this. He promised "probity and accountability" as he pilfered the state. " No one has the right to spill the blood of innocent people for a politacal gain" and that is what J J RAwlings did. How does he sleep atnight.

We must remember that it is innocent until proven guilty, but in these cases, I had the impression that it was guilty on arrival. What makes it more serious was the treatment meted out to Atta Akyea who was an attorney for one of the accused.
These judges ought to learn, because inasmuch as democracy thrives on the rule of law i.e. accepting the verdicts of the courts even though you might not agree with it, the judges must also respect the people who come before them.

Npp should do their talks well,and stop the war songs and rude styles.Look at what is going on now,npp is the neck of ndc,on everything.Kids of today can think on their own as before.Lies and noise are too much,that made them to think,npp is a rude party.
Merchant Bank sales in court,but the same people were there for GT sales,what do you want the kids to do about their votes.
So NPP will lose again in 2015 and 2019.
