This is the same problem we are having here in U.S.People are killing a lot of innocents because of illegitimate gun possession.It must be noted that once guns are in private hands ,some people wouldn,t be able to control their anger and will use the gun as soon as something triggers .THEY DON,T KNOW THAT GUNS ARE USED FOR HUNTING AND AT AN EXTREME CASE FOR DEFENCIVE ONLY.It so stupid for families and friends to turn guns against each other and kill with a little quarrel.Stricter rules and regulations have to be enacted and enforced in oder to protect life and property
