If Georgina Wood did know what she know now John Mahama would not have been our president. John Mahama himself said he was worried about the petition in such a way he couldnt work for a year. He was afraid the judges will break the laws and get he out.
The judges cant break a supreme court decision no matter what anybody says. NDC may have more MPs but no the presidencial vote. People turn to forget there are more people in asante region conmpare to the UW/UE/ and Volta regions combine together.
We are talking about numbers not seat.
Akufo Addo had more votes than John Mahama, but NDC had more seats in paliament than NPP.
When people say Akufo Addo did loss the elections that is what they mean.
Swearing in John Mahama was the biggest mistake the chief justice did make. She trusted Gyan and Gyan mislead her and the whole supreme court. Akufo Addo did respect the law and accept, it does mean the supreme court was right. There is nothing anybody can do to change Georgina Wood decision. You can go to heaven and back, but her decision is the final decision in our law.
Akufo Addo is not against John Mahama or NDC party, the decision was from the Supreme court chief justice and nobody else. Atuguna can not overturn Geogina Woods decision as far as the law in consent.
There is no country in world where anybody can overturn their chief justice decision. The chief justice dont have a reverse gear, they are always right in their decisions.

You should stop this lunatic claims and start rebuilding the Party. If NPP won, you were not good enough a Lawyer to take the matter up to prove it. So, quit this nonsense, and get to real organizing and persuasion of the electorate to vote more convincingly for the Party's victory.

You all deferred the case of the Petition to the SC and the Party could prove it won beyond reasonable doubt, in the minds of majority of the Judges. Why then are you, a Lawyer, re-claiming a victory without an Appeal?

We may not all be Lawyers in Ghana, but we are not too dumb to know when a case is lost. Like Dr.s Arthur Kennedy, Apraku and Nyaho Tamakloe said, the best way to infuse any high potential for victory back into the Party is to concede defeat and re-organize with lessons learnt from the 2012 Elections. That should not preclude the replacement of Nana Akufo-Addo as the flagbearer. He is not divinely anointed to be next President of Ghana, or the only candidate that can lead NPP to victory in our subsequent elections.

He tried twice and failed to win. He had his second chance. If the Party sends Akufo-Addo back again and fails to win, it would be displaying the folly that is associated with doing something the same way over and over again without success and hoping you would succeed.

Despite the sympathy votes that many hope the NPP would get from the Petition case, the fact remains Nana does not have the favor of the majority Ghanaians to send the Party to victory, period. Take or leave it.
