  As Arty and his wife are leaving the woman says "Wait, you only gave me 50 Cedis, I need 1 more.Arty knew he gave her 51 so he says,"no,I gave you 51." she says "no you didn't." So, Arty says "Yes,actually I did" This goes on for quite a while,and finally, Arty gets so mad he chokes the lady and throws her to the ground.The man behind him in line starts to whisper to his wife about Arty,So he chokes the man and throws him the the ground. Artys wife gives him a terrified look, And by now,Arty is so mad that he chokes her and throws her to the ground.
  The next day the Police saw the video Camera and the newspaper headline is

Once again I call on them to dissolve the party and hand over power to the Justice Department who will appoint an interim government for six month for election to be held between the NPP and the CPP.   I always wonder if I were the only sensible individual any time I passed by the skyscraper under construction at the Tetteh Quarshie Exchange. It does not take any professional mind to observe disaster under construction : the top six stories dangerously overlap the rest of the edifice with no support. There is an obvious design flaw which needs no archetectural knowledge to conclude.
  Was this plan approved by the city engineers ? Did the contractor obtain permit from some irresponsible idiot who probably had his hands greased to kill potential occupants ? Would some responsible official stop this crazy construction before late ? Just like the rocks that fall off the cliffs along Peduase Roads unheeded to, our foolish politicians are patiently watching, awaiting the arrival of disaster to summon help from USA, Israel, Europe and other sensible nations. Idiots are in control.

It`s create congestions at the roundabout, no sufficient fire escape and with only two exit`s it will be a problem if anything happens. Ghanaians hate the truth. The Mall should be relocated to avoid disaster.

  The two main entry cum exit doors are ok for everyday business for security reasons BUT THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 4 EMERGENCY EXIT POINTS WITH CLEAR SIGN POSTS AS 'EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY'.
  
  Has the NDC communication team member found out whether there are such exits or not. The writer should also have done his job well by finding out before posting as this might create unnecessary panic shop owners and the public. If there are no emergency exits then some have to be created as a matter of urgency.
