  A prophet according to the good book has no honour in his own country otherwise how could a good for scraps like Rawlings have the guts or impetus to vilify Kufuor who cleaned the mess of he Rawlings's 19 years of tyranny? Kufuor is revered the world all over whilst Rawlings is regarded as a boom puppet of amusement. His name was not even mentioned let alone honoured. Till he confesses his sins and asking for forgiveness, he will remain covetous, jealous and dwarfed by Kufuor's elevation because of his humility.

  You may dispute those assessments, but truly, former President Kuffour is someone who's decisions and actions have positively affected many lives during and after his term of office. Have you ever heard that Ghana has discovered oil in commercial quantities? well, thanks to the man. Have you heard of the Bui dam? Have you heard of the NHIS, and many more. He has help in many international issues also, an they are numerous. Haters cannot undo the accolades President Kuffuor has won by any amount of mudslinging and political vilification.
  
  Those who just criticize do not have statues raised in their names, but those who accomplish great things, like Kuffuor has - Yes, tangible things.

  J.J. Rawlings and his scouts are burning inside; they cannot understand why Kuffour should be recognised here again, after the UN's appointment. Okay! In order to cool Rawlings and the NDC is suggest he should be given Zongo-hene or say Ayigbe town supervisor since he seem to incite out brothers and sisters in those communities urging them to take the laws into their own hands and revolt against Akan tribes. I wonder if he realises that allowing some citizens to remain in impoverished areas is criminal. While Ghanaians are hoping or expecting better life, people are being told to be proud in the environment that they live in like Sodom and Gomorrah, Agbobloshie etc. Rawlings is noted for his "boom" talk and rage, accusing and cursing personalities like ex-Prez. Kuffour etc. which doesn't speak well of a former leader or head of state. His resent accusation against Kuffour at the South Africa embassy where he went to sign a book of condolence during late Nelson Mandela's funeral is one typical example. I believe that these are some of the reasons why Rawlings isn't getting any international recognition. He's being seen as stupid!
