  Good progress. Our governments should continue to set trends for other African countries in all spheres. Already there is consideration for non-custodial sentences. I would also encourage the Government to introduce re-education and vocational training for prisoners to facilitate better re-integration of released prisoners into society and avoid relapse into bad habits. The country's economic progress should not leave anyone behind. The social consequences may be burdensome.
