Sexual preference should be free and fair of religious stipulations. Many religious restrictions need revamping in order to set our minds and body free. We decry teenage pregnancies yet those are the years of utmost alacrity for intense sexual urge. An "intelligent" creator set the biological clock for peak production of sexual hormones around the teenage years yet we're to curb their effects until a "priest" pronounce us 'married' before we can have sex. Lesbianism is a way to fight the strong edge, second only to masturbation. Some people cannot masturbate by themselves so they employ the services of others, hence lesbianism. I do not condone anyone being forced into this habit but if it is agreed between the parties, religion should step aside and let the girls expel their greatest inner 'demon'.

If lesbianism had been reported to the school authorities, they certainly wouldn't have "taken no action." Because Ghanaians tend to abhor even the suggestion of homosexuality, the school authorities would have gone out of their way to eradicate the practice. This old student was simply too stupid to understand her lessons and, as all Ghanaians are wont, is placing the blame on some convenient other reason. Far from calling "for urgent steps to reverse" lesbianism, Pastor Adu-Agyei should "Call for urgent steps to reverse" the trend of not taking responsibility for one's own failings.
