"T THINK THAT I stand by that" means he is very doubtful about his own convictions, or at least, the person of his predilection, the man he Sir John has defended everyday. Wasn't he the one who pre-empted the EC by declaring a win for Akufo-Addo?

Sir John is a lawyer, and he certainly knows what he is talking about. But some of us could see his support swaying in case someone else would be given the nod over Akufo-Addo. Should we say this is untenable when we know very insolent and morally destitute politicians the likes of him in Ghana are just for their stomachs?

Recently so many people express their personal sentiments about not seeing the future of Akufo-Addo as representing the party in the coming presidential elections, however, no matter who becomes NPP flagbearer changes nothing to how they think and also where they will be leading us; they are very much the same - with the same dubious and malevolent mentality recycling all over again.

It it my sincere belief that to win back Ghana of our dreams, with smooth glide on her rails, we must "hire" people from the West whatever that would mean to frail minds. I am sorry, but that's the truth.

Danquah is the one who coined "varander boys" to describe those agitating for quick independence?What happened later was that the ordinary poor people perceived him as arrogant and insensitive to handle the affairs of the country and that was it.Now for me,Nana Addo has become a punching ball to NDC because of the election petition.I so much doubt if Kuffour and Alan were in court to support him.It was completely a wasted effort and NDC will capitalised on the verdict to burry him alive.If Nana Addo is honest to himself after being humiliated in the Supreme Court he should have announced his retirement in active politics but it's still not too late to do so.Nana Addo and his lawyers knew they were not going to win the case;so he did he wait for the judges to throw his petition out?On the contrary,when late Prof.Mills saw that he was not going to win his petition against the 2004 Presidential elections,he withdrew his case to gain public sympathy which helped him a lot to win the 2008 general elections.Such qualities are what we need in leadership,capacity of taking good decisions at the right time.When it comes to strategy for winning elections,Nana Addo is nowhere to be found.I cannot understand how an experienced politician will campaign on Free SHS.Does he not know that SHS students are not eligible voters?NPP can do whatever they like but I don't see how Nana Addo will win 2016 for them.Thank you.

This Party does not keep its promises. During the campaigning for the election of their flag bearer for the 2012 Presidental elections, they stated that Mr Kyereanten should leave the playing field for Akufo Addo and that 2016 would be Kyeremanten's year. Now they are talking about 2020. Some of us were wondering whether Akufo Addo would be a one term president should he win the 2012 election. If you can break your promise to your party members, what prevents you from fooling the nation? No, we can't trust you at all. You must change first before we can do that.
